ARC Resources is one of the corporations that play a vital role in supporting the Canadian Sport Centre Calgary.
ARC approached the Canadian Sport Centre Calgary to create an innovative partnership to support the Centre's work and to provide opportunities for ARC employees to gain some insight into the life, behaviours and attitudes of high performance athletes. Since 2003, ARC has donated over $450,000 to the Centre through various unique initiatives – such as an on-going art project and employee team building opportunities.
ARC employees organize an annual gala dinner to raise funds for the Centre and the Canadian based international charity Right to Play.
ARC Resources also provides flexible career opportunities for athletes. ARC Resources is a Calgary corporation that has been very creative in their support for sport, and they are also active in encouraging other corporations to support sport.
